Need help finding a liaison at another school in Texas?
Some youth who have experienced foster care will qualify for a tuition and fee waiver, extended foster care or other financial supports. Trying to figure out all the requirements can be confusing. Our favorite resources are the Texas Foster Youth Justice Project, Texas Youth Connection and College for all Texans.
Even if you don’t qualify for financial supports, every public college has a Foster Care Liaison you can contact for questions, tours and any other information you need. Some colleges even have special programs like Spark and others even have independent living programs!
